Complete our online Vehicle Sourcing Form to share your desired vehicle details, condition, budget, and preferences.

 The form takes about 15 minutes and includes a $500 sourcing deposit to begin the search.

Discovery & Search

Our specialist will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm your search criteria and timeline.

From there, our team begins working through trusted dealer, collector, and private networks. (including off-market listings) to identify ideal matches.

Vehicle options presented

You’ll receive up to three hand-selected vehicles.Stay ready—when we find the right one, the process moves into high gear.

You have to act quickly to secure your ideal vehicle once it's found.

Review & Selection

Once we have the right vehicle for you. We handle it all from price negotiation, documentation, and logistics, including import coordination for international vehicles. We’ll keep you updated each step of the way.

Finalization & Payment

The remaining $2,500 balance of the sourcing fee is due with the vehicle purchase payment. If no vehicles meet your requirements within the agreed timeframe, your sourcing fee is credited toward any in-house Car Cave inventory vehicle.

Delivery & Handover

Your vehicle is delivered ready to drive and enjoy — whether that’s at your home, your business, or one of our partner locations. We remain your point of contact until the car is safely in your hands and the journey is complete.
