This Defender 110 is a one owner with a beautiful factory color and spec… Arles Blue and Alpine White.  We have documentation of the entire service history since new including the first oil change. 

Car Cave purchased and imported this Defender from an older gentleman in Germany.  Upon arrival, the Defender drove superbly well and all features were working properly.  A full mechanical review was performed and then we stripped this Defender down for paint. 

A complete respray was performed in factor delivered color, removing the doors, glass, hinges, roof, door panels, mirrors, headlamp bezels, fender flares, bumper, hood, windshield, vents, grills, side windows in the process. I think you get the idea, we did a full tear down respray.  During reassembly all new seals and weatherstripping was installed.  The inside of the doors and roof were covered with sound deadening material and floorboards coated in rubberized sound deadening coating.  Interior finishings include black Exmoor trim carpet, new black headliner, and custom brushed aluminum interior with square blue accent stitch.  The upholsterer custom fabricated a matching center console and rear door panel.  Our upholster shop can make matching rear seats for the cargo area if the buyer so desires.  Several tasteful mods were completed 5+ CM lift springs, Old Man Emu Shocks, Ashcroft Heavy Duty Hubs, smooth wing top protection, rear bumperettes and a very subtle front bumper with integrated LEDs.  For safety, reliability and reduced power draw all exterior lamps were changed to LED including the headlights.  We prefer the look of a factory original glass head light and completed an LED conversion with OEM fixtures.  The 16” factory white steel wheels were sand blasted and powder coated back to factory white and the wrapped in a 34” Super Swamper Tires.  

We did not over accessorize this Defender so the next owner has the ability to finish a build as they see fit or jump in and drive this beautiful rig as intended.  The factory 300TDI diesel engine runs smooth and the 5-speed manual transmission glides through the gears.  We completed an entire mechanical review of this Defender prior to sending this vehicle to paint.  Major maintenance items included a new Garrett Turbo, Bosch Injection Pump, AC Condenser, suspension, brakes, axles, and fuel system.  The LT230 Transfer box was replaced with a unit sourced from Ashcroft, the best Landy transfer box rebuilder in the business.  The previous owner provided an entire maintenance file and ownership records from new.  All records available for review upon request.
